Shipping policy
Shipping Fee
We offer free shipping to US and Canada order. The shipping fees for other countries are different according to different countries.
Shipping Time
Most products will be shipped from US warehouses, and a small number of products will be shipped from China warehouses. The handling time is usually 1-3 business days, and the transit time is generally 5-15 business days.
The transit time depends on the location of the shipment.
- If we ship from a US warehouse, it will generally be delivered within 5 business days.
- If we ship from China warehouse, it will usually be delivered within 15 business days.
PS: The transit time may be slightly delayed in the event of a busy season for logistics.

We do ship worldwide via various international carriers such as USPS, FedEx, DHL Express, UPS, Aramex, S.F. Express, ect.

Sometimes there is a delay in the logistics system. If you do not find the tracking information of the tracking number, please wait patiently for another day or two.

Return and Warranty Policy
I. Refund policy
15 Days Return Policy
We want you to fall in love with your purchase and we continually strive to deliver the highest quality products possible. If for some reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 15 days, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Return Fee
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return postage is the buyer's responsibility.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, or it will result in a repackaging fee of $6.
To start a return, you can contact us at sale@starbathus.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at sale@starbathus.com.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sale@starbathus.com.
II. Warranty Policy
1. Lifetime Warranty
Lifetime Maintenance, offer replacement within 5 year. The shower cartridge is permanently replaced free of charge.
2. Within warranty period, STARBATH is responsible for repairing any defective product free of charge.
3. Please contact us via email sale@starbathus.com with this warranty card and invoice if repairs are needed during the warranty period.4. STARBATH will not be responsible for any claims listed below:
- The damage or malfunction caused by improper use or repairs; or any unauthorized reconstruction; including any damage caused by abuse (i.e. fall, throw... etc.)
- Please engage the services of a professional plumber. STARBATH will not be responsible for any damage or malfunction caused by wrongful installation.
- The damage or malfunction caused by removing after installation or other factors.
- The damage or malfunction caused by application beyond the scope of usage.
- The damage or malfunction caused by sand, dirt and other impurities.
- The damage or malfunction caused by improper/insufficient maintenance; rust on finishing etc...
- The damage or malfunction caused by fir, earthquakes, flood, lightning and other natural disasters, pollution, harmful gas, salts, abnormal voltage and other factors.
- On occasions when the warrantee card or invoice is not presented.
5. The recommended water temperature of hand shower and rain shower is W42°C; water pressure 0.1-0.3 Mpa. The highest temperature should not reach beyond 70°C and water pressure should not exceed the limits of 0.05-0.5 Mpa. Please keep any shower products away from the heating devices to avoid potential risks.
6. This limited warranty applies only to the original end-user or business. It expressly excludes labor charges, removal charges, installation, or other incidental or consequential costs. Any inappropriate application will void the warranty.
7. This warranty cannot be replaced if the warranty card is missed, please keep it safe.
